Project Manager - Continuous Improvement

You will be responsible for managing and delivering continuous improvement projects:

Participate in company diagnostic projects
Participate in the implementation of continuous improvement projects
Facilitate continuous improvement work teams and develop action plans
Identify opportunities for improvement and process optimization
Optimize processes and technologies for our various clients (value-added production)
Participate in the design of new work processes
Execute continuous improvement projects
Facilitate continuous improvement training

Required education and skills:

Undergraduate degree in industrial engineering or another appropriate discipline
Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec with 5 years of relevant work experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly proficient at working in teams
A demonstrated capacity for leadership, problem solving skills and a strong sense of initiative
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Visio and the MS Office suite (MS Project)
Fluency in French , both oral and written (4/5)
Experience with continuous improvement
