Project Manager - Continuous Improvement
You will be responsible for managing and delivering continuous improvement projects:
- Participate in company diagnostic projects
- Participate in the implementation of continuous improvement projects
- Facilitate continuous improvement work teams and develop action plans
- Identify opportunities for improvement and process optimization
- Optimize processes and technologies for our various clients (value-added production)
- Participate in the design of new work processes
- Execute continuous improvement projects
- Facilitate continuous improvement training
Required education and skills:
- Undergraduate degree in industrial engineering or another appropriate discipline
- Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec with 5 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly proficient at working in teams
- A demonstrated capacity for leadership, problem solving skills and a strong sense of initiative
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Visio and the MS Office suite (MS Project)
- Fluency in French , both oral and written (4/5)
- Experience with continuous improvement
