Project Manager - Mechanical Engineering

You will be responsible for managing and executing technological projects:

Define and analyze client needs
Identify opportunities for improvement and process optimization and propose solutions
Implement technical solutions: perform engineering and design work as well as supervise production and installation
Perform the engineering and development of products or equipment
Create and draft equipment and products (modifications)
Transition new products into production
Prepare plans, quotations and proposals
Carry out and/or validate the engineering of the specifications of various systems, based on the client’s standards (if applicable)

Required education and skills:

Excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills
Sense of responsibility
Highly adept at teamwork
A demonstrated capacity for leadership, problem solving skills and a strong sense of initiative
Sociable, multidisciplinary and flexible
