Lemay Outillage specializes in the design and manufacture of tooling, such as jigs, punches, dies and specific assembly tools. Serving customers worldwide, Lemay Outillage is renowned for its fast turnaround times, personalized service and high quality, responding to a wide range of needs.

CHALLENGES

In order to optimize its production output by improving the efficiency of its planning and its responsiveness to events, Lemay Outillage was looking to strengthen the exchange of information between production employees, and to obtain better real-time visibility of the performance of its machinery. The company also wanted to make significant progress towards its vision of a connected factory.

ASSIGNMENT

Our client engaged Merkur to deploy SYNKRO, a custom software solution developed by our team of experts.

SYNKRO is a software solution to make the most of relevant data from its production equipment and ERP. This solution provides a real-time view of machine utilization, including work-in-progress, machine stoppages and deviations from standard times.
